30-day return policy from day received to return date (if applicable). The bike must be unused and received in the same condition to get a full refund. For a return request, please contact Support@goassault.com.

Warranty

We offer a 6 month powertrain warranty along with a two-year frame warranty. Signs of abuse (including overcharging batteries) and improper care can lead to a void of warranty and liability. Any performance upgrades will also lead to a void of a full warranty.
